Why did I get turned down for small loan?

| Hello! I had some big problems recently and I tried to get some small loan from the bank to solve these problems. To my surprise I was turned down for a small loan. Then I turned to a friend and luckily I managed to solve my financial problems. But I would like to know why did I get turned down for a small loan? What should I do in order to get this loan next time? |
