Why do organizations issue bonds?

| I am seriously considering making a small investment. Next year I am going to be in retirement and I would like to secure my future. That is why I have decided to buy bonds. I know why it is smart thing to buy bonds but I do not know why do organizations issue bonds? What do you think? Thank you all for making a comment. |

| There are many reasons why organizations issue bonds. One of it that in this why organizations can borrow money for a fixed rate. Also this way organization can finance operations. So you have to remember that you are not ht only one who profit from bonds. It is a good thing for the corporation that issues them also. |
