Why dont people like saving money?

| I am doing some small private banking sort of small bank business and so far I hired 4 employees but the thing is that I am having a hard time doing this there are no customers practically and my job is falling down. So what is the secret and why dont people like saving money and is there anything I could do to push up my business? |

| I am not sure whether people like saving money or not but generally they do save money but are very much selective when it comes to that point. This means you need to prove them you are the safe place for those saving money and I think you havent yet organized well you first need to develop some strategy plan regarding the promotion of your business persuading potential customers your bank is the right place for who wants to save money and for making all this out you need to hire some professional marketing staff first. |
