I would be very grateful if you could help me clear some things. Why is arbitration a popular way of solving issues in economics? I really do not understand what might be a reason because people choose this instead of going to the court for example. Have you ever think about this?

I can give you a couple of reasons why arbitration is a popular way of solving issues in economics. I think that the main reason is that this is a cheap and efficient way of solving problems. Personally I would never go to the court if I could solve the problem in arbitration. Courts are just waste of time and money.

Arbitration is polar way of solving issues in economics because people do not have time or money to go to court. I do not see a reason why would anyone go to court and pay expensive attorneys if they could work things out just sitting with the arbitrator and the other party. You do not have to have only one arbitrator. You can have arbitral tribunal as well.
