Why is so important to build equity quickly?

| I’ve decided to start learning about building equity so I am preparing my field and I am hoping to do this thing effectively. I thought that I’ve figured it all out, but than people told me that I should consider speed in my equation. Why is so important to build equity quickly? I’ve heard it from many different people but I simply can’t find any reason. Anybody? |

| I don’t honestly know. My equity building was relying on home improvements, they would come anyway and I’ve decided to do some work before I repay the entire mortgage. Now it is one really valuable and comfortable house and I am proud to be its owner. But speed remains unclear to me, definitely. Maybe someone else will help us understand this. |
