| I am running my own restaurant and I have had several conversations with people about Knowledge Management as of late. All of them are trying to convince me that Knowledge Management is just what I need within my business, and that it will encourage it to grow and improve in performance. Can you say just why I need to apply Knowledge Management? |

| In my honest opinion, Knowledge Management is more of a thing that should apply to huge companies. Think of Shell, Microsoft, or even let's say, local government organizations and of course banks. But for a single restaurant I hardly think that Knowledge Management is a relevant issue. You know all your staff personally and can cope perfectly fine. |
