| We have recently returned from our holiday in Spain and we had a lot of difficulties with our credit cards. I have Visa Platinum and my husband has some MasterCard and my visa was constantly refused. We went to a two day trip to France, I tried to pay in the hostel and again I was refused while my husband’s MasterCard was accepted everywhere. |

| Well, it’s unlikely to happen that visa is being refused. If your credit account is fine and if you have cash on it then there must be problems with credit card machines in those countries or maybe your card was greasy or dirty so it couldn’t be identified. Check with your card issuer to change your plastic. |
