| Hello everyone! People are always talking about property prices and for years they have said prices will fall. This has thusfar not happened as you are all seeing! What do you think? Will prices fall? And should anyone take into account the possibility of this happening when either buying or selling? I won't tell you what my personal opinion is, yet... I'd like to get some reactions first and see if we all agree. |

| Hi. To be honest I don't see this happening any time soon. As long as the economy is doing relatively well, and there are more and more people looking to buy, the prices will continue to rise. Whether they will ever fall? Of course, that is the way the market works. But for the next five years I don't see this happening! Do you agree? |
