| Hi, I'm Mel, I'm planning to work as self-employed since that's exactly what's enough for this type of business. I don't need much equipment and space I can do it on my own. This way,I can earn the most.I wander only if I have any right on tax deduction. If I have then it's going to be definitely a sure shot! |

Yes, I’m happy to inform you that you’ll eligible for tax deduction for your expenses such as: painting, depreciation, insurance, mortgage repayments and other similar expenses regarding not only your job. There are only few conditions which you’re likely to meet, and the first one concerns proving the house to be your only working place. The other is similar, almost the same , and it concerns proving that you do business with your clients, for example make contracts ecc within the same house. And you’ll be able to sell your home office at much more favorable term comparing with the selling of simple house. So, do it now and don’t hesitate!
