I've got a long weekend coming up! No robp to kick around here tomorrow..... off to Lake St. Clair in Michigan for three days of fishing. sounds like it's going to be fishing in rain, wind and 2-3 foot waves but oh well. Gore-tex will be my best friend this weekend. Me, my kid and three buddies of mine out to chase smallmouth bass, walleye and muskie!

Good luck to ya! Going on the prowl for walleyes, you need a little chop to the water anyway. Don't forget the batter this time so you can have a good old shore lunch Wink

Oh... haven't been here much today. Changing cubicles and making a mess. Nope, haven't been to the Middlefield Cheese House. Is it worth a visit?

You know Middlefield, though, right?

It's changed, and grown. It's a lot bigger now, but it was cooler in the old days, when I was a kid... 'cause they'd let you tour the back, the factory part, where they make the cheese. But when the kids are with you, it's neat still, 'cause there's a little museum sort of room, and it's interesting. Very Happy

I haven't been to Middlefield since the old days, when I was a kid. If I told my kid I was taking him to tour a cheese factory he'd look at me like I was nuts. If it isn't something with an engine on it or a place to fish or shoot he's not interested. Unless he thinks there is a possibility of babes being there....

Don't forget to be respectful of the rights and feelings of all living creatures in a manner that PETA would approve of.
