Hi people! I have had a problem with my bank, and I would like to make a complaint. The problem is that I think that they will niot read what I am writing them, if they would at all respond to my email. But I really don't have time to actually go into the bank and explain them what the problem is, and then have to argue with some stupid bank manager. What are your thoughts on this? Would a bank respond to an email?

| Dear searching soul... What is wrong with good old snail mail? Write them a letter, print it out, sign it and stick it in the post! Banks do tend to be a bit slow and lazy when it comes to responding to email complaints. But if you are their customer and put in a written complaint, they are obliged to respond. This will also save you a trip to the bank and the annoyance that ineitably comes with that! |
