| Hello! I recently started to live with my girlfriend in my parent’s house. We decided to move out and now we are looking for a house that we could buy. This is not as simple as we thought it will be. Some of my friends have told me that we should take an estate agent. They told me that I could save money and time by hiring an estate agent. Would an estate agent help to save money? I'm afraid that the commission for estate agent will be too big. |

| Although the estate agents are professionals with the smallest trust many of us are hiring them every day. This is often because we don't have the time to look at houses and to arrange all things about buying a house. There are lots of advantages and disadvantages for hiring an estate agent. One of the biggest advantages is that the estate agent will arrange everything for looking the houses and you should only pick one from the bid. This is of course if your estate agent is doing his work as he suppose to. Because this is not always the case, people often have to arrange all by themselves even when paying the estate agent. You need to ask yourself do you even need an estate agent. I'm convinced that you could buy a house on your own. This way you could save certain amount of money. |
