| Trading is indeed one pretty tough thing to do. You need a lot of knowledge, a lot of skill and courage to make the right moves. On the other hand, it is not just that. Since you are dealing with people, you have to be aware that you will need to make plenty of tough decisions and to exercise constantly a good judgment that will bring a good benefit to your company. In that respect, trading is a mind game and you definitely need to know a lot of trading psychology in order to learn all trading ''games''. Stress is pretty common, so do not be surprised.
