| When we talk about compounding I realize that many people just use this word and they are not actually talking about the same thing. I find this to be very embarrassing and it confuses new people very much. This is why I decided to ask this question and see if people would see eye to eye on this one. What kind of measure fully reflects the effects of compounding? |

| I am not sure that you will be satisfied with this answer. I am also very much sure that you will not find two people who are looking eye to eye on this topic as well. And this finance questions and topics are not something that you would expect people to see eye to eye. I am sure that you will be expecting much more from this but what you get is all that there is. When I am talking about compounding I think of over taking. I am very sure that the next person that gives you the answer will not tell you the same things that I just told you. |
