Hi, my name is Boban and I have saved $7000 during past few years. Now I would like to invest it in something profitable. Nothing special occurs to my mind. Is it maybe better to take the mortgage for a small house in the mountains (which is by the way, my ultimate dream)? What should I do? Suggestions, advices are welcomed.

Well, first I have to say that $ 7000 dollars is not a sufficient amount of money needed for serious business investment. I am not familiar you're your other sources of income or that this is the only savings you have got. Therefore, in case you do not have any extra savings beside this I think you should go for the mortgage for your dream house in the mountains. In my opinion that is an adequate amount of money for that purpose and it surely would bring you more pleasure. In case you take mortgage for the house you can rent your house and that can be extra source of finances for you. Did such investment occur to your mind? I guess it did not. But it can be at the same time lucrative as well as pleasurable
