| I have a contractor firm for almost the year. And yesterday I heard that one of my colleagues got him workers for free. He told other colleague that he doesn't need to pay them anything. I do not understand why anybody would work for free. Can anybody explain me this? |

| I also have workers in my company that are working for free. They haven't been receiving any kind of compensation for their work. It may seem strange at first. But that is the only way for them to get experience. Nobody wants to hire workers without experience. In addition, when they get enough experience in my company, they are able to find jobs with better salaries. For some of them government even pays me to train them. That is calling training grant. Therefore, you see that working for free is not as strange as it seems. Some people consider it like an investment in the future. |
