bad stories about ebay feedback?

| My husband started selling stuff on ebay two months ago and he’s doing quite fine. We have many friends with some experience on ebay and a lot of them are complaining about their feedback system. My husband’s friend received negative feedback from one customer and he thinks that this will be the obstacle for his further selling. Did any of you got negative feedback and continued to sell things without problem? |

| It is not unusual to receive negative feedback from unsatisfied customer. Many people have high opinion about these feedbacks and sometimes won’t deal with someone with bad feedback. But, it happened to all of us, sometimes even without any reason. I try to be kind and fair to my customers and so far I received only one negative feedback, but that didn’t stop me from selling my items on eBay. Many people have bad stories about eBay feedback, but don’t worry. One negative feedback can’t ruin you, and it can always happen. Mostly, people are objective and they rarely give negative feedbacks, but I also bought an item from an individual with a negative feedback, and it all went just fine. |
