| Hi everyone. You have probably all noticed the Big Wave of angry bank customers trying to reclaim the unfairly high charges they are incurring from the bank. Many people have successfully claimed back the money they have lost. But the bank is still trying to be more clever than the customers who want to reclaim the money. They are doing everything, pulling out every tactic in the book in order to avoid paying back the money. What do you think about this? |

| Hi. Well, what do you expect? Of course they don't want to pay back the charges they already took. But they are even more afraid of not being able to continue the charges. This is ine of the most profitable activities of any bank. Imagine them loosing out on such a large sum? You would try and avoid that, too. While I understand the bank's side completely, I am of course on the customers' side, myself having been charged loads too! |
