| I am the owner of a tabloid in South Europe. My magazine has the success in the city where it is published but I want it to become the best tabloid in the area. For that reason I want to start online advertising but the thing is that I am still a learner in that field of marketing on the other hand my knowledge of IT is good. Does someone have any kind of information to share with me that is related to my problem? |

| Hi. As a beginner in advertising, especially online advertising, you have to know that there are two ways of marketing your magazine via internet. First one is to have the web presentation of your tabloid. That way you will increase the number of your readers as well as those one who will like to advertise though your magazine. This can be done when you achieve the sufficient amount of buyers/readers. That is why I am recommending that you start with the second way of online advertising. It is simple and at the same time very efficient way to advertise. You have to start making your database. That database is consisting of e-mail addresses of your clients as well as the readers. Then start sending e-mails to that addresses with information about your magazine. Also you can put banners on relevant web sites in the area that you like to cover with your magazine (I suppose that there are some major towns in the area and that they have their own web presentations.) Try to involve as many people as you can in the project. Best of luck. |
