| Trading is a great risk, and having a good revenue is a crucial measuring stick that will tell whether you are successful. Now, cutting taxes rates is a thing that can be complicated. At the first sight you indeed pay a certain amount of taxes on your income and therefore earn less in net profit. Thus if you pay less, you earn more in overall. However, it is not that easy. The fact is that cutting taxes can go in either direction, or be completely indifferent. To put it shortly, there are various economic factors in running business, that tax cuts alone can even be bad choice if other things are not working. Currently, some tax cuts can help increasing the revenue, but it is by no means a given. Hope you find the info helpful. For some additional info, go to http://www.cbpp.org/TXCT85.HTM. |
