| Hello everybody. I am looking for some information about debt consolidation and remortgaging. The thing is that I have a mortgage on my house and a loan I used for some refurbishment. However, I am not in the situation to pay back my debts regularly. That’s why I decided to look for debt consolidation and remortgaging. Can somebody tell me more about it? Thank you in advance. |

| Hi there. I am sorry to hear about your financial hardships. It is a common thing nowadays that people cannot pay back their debts. One way to solve your problem is to consolidate your debts through remortgage. Basically, you take a loan by which you pay back all of your debts and you use your house as a guarantee. In other words, you get a new mortgage on your house. My advice is to think good about it, because you have to be able to pay back the new mortgage. Have in mind that interest rates can be very different from one lender to another, so you’ll need to do some research in order to get the best deal possible. There are also some service fees that you need to pay. So, pay attention to all the details. I hope that you will find a good deal and that you will manage to consolidate your debts. Take care! |
