Hi, I am trying to learn more about market. Until now all my knowledge came only from movies, but I got seriously interested in this matter for a very short period. That is why I would be very grateful if someone could explain to me the difference between qoute driven and order driven market. Can you help me?
Even though I know only little about this I will share my knowledge with you. As far as I know the main difference between quote driven and order driven market is in displaying bids and asks. In quote driven market there is a guarantee of order execution. There are more differences but I cannot remember them in this moment.
