| I have recently started thinking about buying a property. However, as I do not have too much money, I have to plan the costs very carefully. Since I am unexperienced, I would like to know how can I be getting a mortgage in principle. If anyone could tell me, that would be great. Thanks in advance. |

| You are right that buying a home can cost a lot of money. Beside the obvious, the cost of the house itself, there are several other things you should count in. Mortgage is a great solution. In principle, everything depends on your credit rating. If you have a good credit history, meaning not many loans, no overdrafts, long debts, many accounts, bankruptcy, you will be able to get some really good deal from virtually any lender. It seems to me that even if your credit rating is not as good, you may still get some decent deals. I hope you find the info helpful. Best of luck. |
