| Our business is doing well, and we feel we are well established in our chosen market. We are in business a couple of years now, and we are ready, I would say, to take on a new challenge. One option is to move our existing business to a new market. How should I do this? How do I know our business concept is viable in other markets? Greetings and thanks. |

| The idea to move your business into new markets is exiting and frightening at the same time! Be certain that it is not without risk. Just that your business is doing well in your current market is no guarantee for success! The most common way of expanding, is of course geographically. If thats the way you want to go, remebmber not to take off more than you can chew! Dont take on too much territory at once. Its much better to expand slowly and methodically, continuously measuring your success. Be realistic in your goals, know what you can and cannot do. |
