| Good afternoon. I had a tragedy few months ago. Namely, my husband died. Now I feel better and I want to ask you a financial time: what do I need to do with my husband’s income tax? Should I report to tax office that he is died? Can you tell me something more about this procedure, because I am not familiar with it? Thank you very much! |

| Good afternoon to you, too. You will need to get legal recognition that you are executor. After you get this recognition you need to go to tax office. There you will inform taxman that your husband died. In case that your husband did not pay all income tax, you will need to do that. But, from date of his death you will get tax return. |
