I have a small shop where I meet my clients needs. Some of my friends have an idea for a very simle project but we need extra financing. I know that we need a simple business plan in order to raise some money. Can anyone give as some short guidelines about what that business plan should include?
You are right if you think that the business plan is the most important thing for raising money for new business. You have to write a short summary which includes your business strategy and plans. You should describe your product or service and your target audience. Also you have to point out how you plan to turn the money invested and what are your marketing and sales strategies.
