| Hi, guys. I am planning to sell my house. I will probably move to another one and I won’t keep the first one. I am interested in which taxes I will have to pay when selling the house. I would appreciate that information. Thanks for reading and replying. It means a lot to me. Bye! |

| Hi, there. You haven’t mentioned how much money you will gain for your house. That is important information. If it is up to $250.000, then you can be excluded on paying capital gains. This is only valid if you sell your main home. I think there won’t be federal income tax. You will have to pay realtor fees, of course. I can’t give you more info.
