| There are a couple of methods for valuing stock options and I know some of them, but I am interested in something else then just simple listing of all possibilities. Can you tell me, in your opinion, the most popular method of valuing stock options? If you can’t decide among the two methods then tell me both. |

| I like to go with the basic one, Black Scholes. I know that you will tell me that this is one model that is not that great in practice although we all know that their makers got a Nobel Prize for what they made. I am more of a scientific type and I like to work in a classroom, so you will not mind my choice really. I think that this model can be perfected even more and I am sure that in the future you will find a way to use this model with no barriers that business people might be facing today. This is my humble opinion on valuation models. |
