I have found the property I would like to buy and that is why I applied for the mortgage 2 times so far at two different banks but it seems like I am trying for a mortgage without success for I was refused each time. And I didnt even get any descent explanation why I was refused at all. Maybe it would be good to mention that I have few other debts from some other sources that I am about to pay off during the next 2 years but it is not like I wont be able to cover another mortgage.
Well having those other sources debts could be quite good reason to your unsuccessful mortgage application but you still can ask youre lender to give you some further explanations on why you were refused exactly. And anyway such credit history therefore the financial situation you are dealing with at this moment could only be one of the reasons of you being refused a mortgage and another one might be in some propertys problems if they are any of course so you better do some further researches on this detail.
